Welcome to NextGEMS School ERP. By using this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Fee Payment

All school fees paid through this portal are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective school. The user is responsible for selecting the correct student and fee details before making payment.

2. Payment Responsibility

The user agrees to provide accurate payment details. The school or platform will not be responsible for any incorrect transactions due to user error.

3. Transaction Failure

In case of payment failure due to network issues, bank issues, or technical errors, the amount (if deducted) will be handled as per the bank/payment gateway policy.

4. Refund Policy

Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. In case of duplicate or excess payment, the refund will be processed after verification within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Service Availability

We strive to ensure uninterrupted service; however, we are not responsible for downtime due to maintenance or technical issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this service.

7. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of local courts where the school is located.
